This site is growing. There's a lot I want to do with it. It just takes some planning.

One of my thoughts has been to build a system that prioritized new projects for me, based on the rules I gave it. Oddly enough, a business analyst at work came up with an idea for a similar system.

There's a Catch-22, though. Does the system get a high enough priority, based on its own business rules?

I find it's easier to just use a text file.
